Classes are held at The Old School Studio, Long Melford. You are welcome to drop-in as and when you can, but booking is advisable to guarantee a space. Classes are subject to change so please double check if you are unsure if a class is going ahead.
1 – 2pm Introduction to Yoga £6
This is a 6 week course starts on 3rd February, to help you get to grips with the yoga basics and give you the confidence to attend any yoga class.
2.30 – 4pm Gentle Hatha Yoga £7.50 Booking Preferable
Starting and ending in relaxation, this class includes calming breathing techniques along with slow, gentle Yoga postures. No experience necessary
