6 – 7pm Strong Yoga (all levels welcome, modifications available) £5
A warming class to help build functional movement and increase strength. Playing with all sorts of yoga movements and postures. Ending with relaxation.
Classes are held at The Old School Studio, Long Melford. All classes must be booked in advance, you must block book to ensure your space. These will be 4-week blocks only.

If you had already paid for your block of classes for the previous Introduction classes, I will honour these payments and we can discuss in person.
1 – 2.15pm Gentle Yoga £8
This class will move us gently through a sequence of Yoga postures. Easing out aches and slowly increasing mobility and functional movement. We will end with relaxation to allow our body to absorb our asana practice.
2.45 – 4pm Gentle Yoga £8
This is a repeat of the 1-2.15pm class. This class will move us gently through a sequence of Yoga postures. Easing out aches and slowly increasing mobility and functional movement. We will end with relaxation to allow our body to absorb our asana practice.
5.45 – 7pm Strong Yoga £8 (Mixed level with beginner modifications available)
This is a warming class to help build functional movement, increase strength, increase range of movement and generally loosen up your body – discover the fun in trying new postures. There will be a mix of flowing sequences and individual postures, ending with relaxation. Drawing on Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha traditions with fun postures added – you never know what you can achieve unless you try!
7.30 – 8.45pm Wind Down Yoga £8
A gentle class, guiding you through movements to ease away stress and get you ready for a peaceful night of rest. With a mix of slow flowing movements and some longer held individual postures. Aiming to release tension, aches and calm the mind.
5.30 – 6.45pm Sun Flow £8
Ease out tension, increase your mobility and build strength as we flow through the various sun salute postures and their variations. This practice will help you focus your mind as you connect your breath with your movements. Ending with relaxation.
7.15 – 8.30pm Chill Out Yoga £8
This relaxation class will blend gentle movements with yin yoga aiming to release tension, aches and calm the mind. This meditative practice is the perfect antidote to a busy life. Join us to explore gentle movements and learn to let go.
