At Funktional Yoga, we offer a range of different yoga classes, from the more gentle options to ease your body to the more vigorous options.
What to bring to class?
Bring a: Yoga mat, any props you might need, a blanket for relaxation, a bottle of water and make sure you wear something you can easily move in.

If you are unable to download it, please let me know and I’ll bring one to class for you.

These guidelines may be updated regularly, and it is your responsibility to read them often, especially before coming to class.
As spaces in class are now limited, I have had to make changes to bookings. Booking is essential and I am currently only able to take monthly block bookings. There are currently only 11 spaces available per class.
