MONDAYS 6.30-7.30pm: Gentle Yoga
This class will ease out aches and slowly increasing mobility and functional movement.
We will end with a relaxation.
WEDNESDAY 6.30-7.30pm: Strong Yoga (not suitable for beginners)
A warming class to help build functional movement and increase strength.
Playing with all sorts of yoga movements and postures.
Ending with relaxation.
I’ve recorded some yoga classes for those of you that have been attending classes.
