Studio Classes
Classes are held at The Old School Studio, Long Melford. All classes must be booked in advance.
Payment can be made online – please contact me for payment details. Or exact cash in class. If you decide to attend 2 classes a week you benefit from 2 classes for £14 for both instead of £8 per class.
Monday
1 – 2.15pm Gentle Yoga £8
This class will move us gently through a sequence of Yoga postures. Easing out aches and slowly increasing mobility and functional movement. We will end with relaxation to allow our body to absorb our asana practice.
2.45 – 4pm Gentle Yoga £8
This is a repeat of the 1-2.15pm class. This class will move us gently through a sequence of Yoga postures. Easing out aches and slowly increasing mobility and functional movement. We will end with relaxation to allow our body to absorb our asana practice.
Thursday
5.45 – 7pm Strong Yoga £8
Ease out tension, increase your mobility and build strength as we flow through a mix of sun salutes, postures and a number of modern alternative yoga flows. This practice will help you focus your mind as you connect your breath with your movements. Ending with relaxation.
7.30 – 8.45pm Chill Out Yoga £8
This relaxation class will blend gentle movements with yin yoga aiming to release tension,
aches and calm the mind. This meditative practice is the perfect antidote to a busy life.
